Borderline Outdoor Shipping Policy

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Borderline Outdoor processes orders within 2 days of receiving them. We ship using reliable carriers, ensuring your products reach you promptly.

Shipping Costs:

Customers may or may not be responsible for shipping costs, depending on our current shipping policy at the time of purchase. Please refer to the shipping details provided at checkout for the most accurate information. However, customers are always responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items.

Delivery Times:

  • Greater Toronto Area: Orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days after shipment.
  • Other Canadian Cities and the US: Orders generally arrive within a week after shipment.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and are not responsible for any delays.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

Customers can return or exchange products within 14 days of receipt. However, items purchased at a discount are FINAL SALES. Please ensure that all returns meet the following conditions:

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be in their original condition and unused.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • All returns must be pre-authorized. Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (R/A number) and include it with your return package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
