Is it waterproof?

The fabric is splash-proof and dries fast; it will shrug off a shower, not a downpour. Use a rain cover or dry bag for electronics in real rain.

Is it comfortable with a full load?

Adjustable chest and waist straps stop it swinging on climbs; padded back panel. At 600 g it is a light daypack, not a framed pack.

How does it compare with the Hydrogen 15 L?

The Hydrogen is a 336 g summit-and-city pack for the bare essentials. The Helium carries a full day out, with straps that hold it steady. Two hours out: Hydrogen. All day: Helium.
