Borderline Outdoor ships free across North America, anywhere in Canada and the United States, on orders over $149, and orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Under $149, standard shipping is priced by weight and region and shown at checkout. You can also pick up free at our Richmond Hill, Newmarket or Ottawa store: items in stock at the store you choose are ready the same day.

Free shipping over $149
Standard shipping is free on orders of $149 or more to anywhere in Canada and the United States. Skis and snowboards ship free too. A few oversized items, such as ski poles and large tents, ship free over $149 within Ontario and Quebec and at a flat $30 to other provinces and to the United States. Checkout always shows the exact cost before you pay.

Free store pickup
Choose Pick up in store at checkout. Items in stock at the store you choose are ready the same day, during store hours, at Richmond Hill (160 West Beaver Creek Rd, Unit 5), Newmarket (1235 Journey’s End Cir, Unit 2) or Ottawa (1701 Merivale Rd, Nepean). Pickup is offered only at a store that has your items in stock. We email you when your order is ready.
Pre-orders
Pre-ordered skis, snowboards and bindings ship by November 1, 2026, and pre-ordered boots by November 20, 2026. Each product page shows its ship date.
United States
We ship within Canada and to the United States. US orders of $149 or more ship free (oversized items $30); under $149, the rate is calculated at checkout. Orders shipped to the United States may owe import duties, taxes and customs fees, which the customer pays.
Tracking, delays and damage
When your order ships, you get an email with tracking. Weather and carrier delays can affect delivery times. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email support@borderlineoutdoor.com with your order number and photos right away.
