Why use a liner?

It keeps sweat and sunscreen off the inside of your sleeping bag, which matters for down bags you cannot machine wash. It also adds a few degrees of warmth and works alone as a sheet in a hostel or a hot night.

Will it fit my bag?

Polyester-spandex stretch, so it fits mummy and rectangular bags and moves with you when you turn over.

How much warmer does it make my bag?

A few degrees: enough to stretch a bag into the next cooler week, not into the next season.

How do I wash it?

How does it compare with a silk or cotton liner?
