Naturehike Village 13 Gen 2 Quick Open Tent

This is a very large and heavy tent, so be aware of that. Looks to be made to a high quality standard. Haven't used it for overnight yet, but have set it up and taken down in the back yard. Setup was very quick, but takedown was a bit of a struggle trying to fit it all back in the storage bag. Hopefully after a few uses I will get better at it.
The service at both Toronto area locations was amazing. First visited the Richmond Hill store, but the tent was not in stock there. The service there was excellent, and the staff was very helpful. Ended up having to pick up the tent at the other location in the mall, and it was already waiting for me there as arranged when I arrived.
Due to the tent being so heavy, the staff at the mall location were super helpful, and helped take it on a cart out to the vehicle.
Overall, I am very happy with my first purchase from Borderline, and I hope to be back soon.

We camped overnight and woke up completely dry inside, the double-layer design really works, no condensation at all. I did have to call the store beforehand because the product page wasn’t super clear, but their customer service was excellent and answered all my questions. Would’ve bought it sooner if the details online were easier to understand.

Massive space! My kids love it, his tent turned our backyard into an adventure zone. Rain or shine, they play all day!!

The tent itself is solid! really sturdy and well-built. But heads up, the product page could be more detailed with the sizing. When it arrived, it was way bigger than I expected. Definitely not what I had in mind for our small family setup.

I ended up visiting their Richmond Hill store, and honestly, the team there was amazing. They understood right away and helped me exchange it for a more suitable size on the spot. That kind of customer service is hard to come by these days. Super grateful!

As a beginner, it is easy for me to set up with a high quality.
