Questions

Posées en magasin, réponses de nos ajusteurs

How does the fit adjust?

This Classic 2.0 Snow uses the Fit System, a back dial for micro adjustments and a snug, custom feel. It comes in S, M, L and XL; measure your head and check Sandbox's size chart.

Is it certified?

Yes, to CE EN 1077:2012 Class B, the standard for helmets for alpine skiers and snowboarders.

Can I use helmet audio, and will my goggles stay in place?

The removable ear pads have audio pockets, and the three-position Trip Clip works around your goggle strap buckle. Airflow vents let cool air in and heat out.

Can I return it?

You can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery (14 days of purchase in store) if it's unused and brand new, in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. Items discounted more than 39% are final sale, except for quality issues. Use our online returns portal, or bring it with your order info to any of our stores.

What warranty does it come with?

It is covered by Borderline Outdoor's 1-year warranty. If something goes wrong, contact us or visit any of our stores with your order details.
