Borderline Outdoor Ottawa is at 1701 Merivale Rd, Nepean, ON K2E 8B8, and is open daily from 9:30 am to 8 pm. It is our ski, snowboard and outdoor store for the Ottawa region. Order online and pick up here, usually the same day, when the item is in stock in Ottawa, or return eligible items bought from us within 14 days.

Services at Ottawa

Ottawa does every ski and snowboard service we offer except Base Grind and Full Edge Tune, which are done at Richmond Hill. Services are first come, first served during store hours.

  • Waxing. Machine hot wax and hand hot wax.
  • Base and edges. Side edge sharpening and bevel, edge rust removal and deburring, and minor and major base repair.
  • Binding mounting, free with skis or a snowboard you buy from us, usually the same day. We install and adjust snowboard bindings, system ski bindings and flat-ski mounts, and set the DIN on ski bindings and the stance on snowboards to your boots, so bring them or buy boots in the same order. Skis and boards we ship go out unmounted.
  • Boot fitting, free with boots. Mondo measuring, try-on in your socks and stance, and heat molding for liners and ski boot shells. How boot fitting works.
  • Store pickup. Online orders in stock in Ottawa are usually ready the same day, during store hours.
  • Returns and exchanges. 14 days, for eligible items bought online or at any of our stores.
  • Helmet and goggle try-on. Try helmets on with your goggles before you buy.
