A waterproof trail-running shoe for wet, cold and muddy days. The Kailas FUGA EX 3 GTX puts a GORE-TEX waterproof, breathable lining inside a TPU and polyester engineered-mesh upper with a TPU film, on a Vibram Megagrip outsole with a tire-tread pattern and 4 mm multi-directional triangle lugs on the forefoot for grip on climbs. Kailas's ECCEVAI cushioned midsole is built for long distances on mixed terrain, AWS 3.0 two-section lacing holds the midfoot on descents, and a 4-point gaiter holder keeps debris out.

Care: Kailas's rule for GORE-TEX linings is clean water only, no soap. Brush off dried mud, rinse, take the insoles out, and if the lining is damp, stuff the shoes with newspaper and let them dry in the shade.
