Questions
Before you build one
What’s in each package?
Adult snowboard package: a snowboard and a pair of bindings, $499. Adult ski package: a pair of skis with bindings and a pair of ski boots, $499. Junior ski package: junior skis with bindings and junior boots, $299. Each row above lists the pieces and sizes you can pick from.
Can I pick a different board, skis or boots?
In the adult packages, yes: the board, bindings, skis or boots can be swapped for an upgrade from the same category, and you pay the package price plus the difference between the upgrade and the standard piece. The upgrade options show under each row with their difference. The junior package has no upgrades.
How do I buy a package online?
Pick a piece and a size in each row, then press Add package to cart. The pieces go to your cart with the package price applied through a one-time code, good for two hours. Check out as usual: pick up in store or have it shipped.
Does the package price combine with other discounts?
No. The package price replaces every other promotion, discount code and set deal on those pieces. Prices are before tax.
Do you mount the bindings and fit the boots?
Yes, at Richmond Hill and Ottawa. Boot fitting is free with boots you buy from us, and bindings are mounted free, the same day, when you pick up in store. Packages that ship are sent unmounted. Book a fitting.
Can I return a piece from a package?
Our usual return policy applies to unused pieces. Skis and boards can’t be returned once the bindings are mounted. Ask the crew before returning one piece of a package: the package price was for the whole package.
The fine print
Package prices are before tax and can’t be combined with other promotions, discount codes or the set deal. While stock lasts; sizes vary by store. An online package code is valid for two hours after it is issued.
