The Alpha Breeze is built around one idea: on a hot night, fabric is the enemy. The entire upper wall of the inner tent is mesh, so with the fly off you are sleeping under bug netting and open sky. Put the fly back on and it is a conventional three-season tent again.

Why the airflow actually works

Two doors, front and rear, sit opposite each other. That is what makes a cross-breeze possible — a tent with one door can only vent, not flow. The ivory fly matters too: a pale canopy stays noticeably cooler at midday than a dark one, which is why Snow Peak has kept this colour across the range.

Room for four, comfortable for three

The floor is 470 × 320 cm with a 150 cm peak. Four adult pads fit; three adults plus gear is where it stops feeling like a puzzle. The front vestibule takes boots and packs so they are not sharing the sleeping area with you.

Worth knowing before you buy

At 10.5 kg this is a car-camping tent, not something you carry in. Standard pole-sleeve pitch — budget a few minutes and a second pair of hands the first time. And 1,500 mm is fine for normal rain; if you routinely camp through multi-day storms, look at the heavier hydrostatic-head models instead.
