Mondopoint sizes 220 to 265 mm. Per Northwave's chart, 235 = EU 37 = US women's 6.5 and 255 = EU 40 = US women's 8.5. Measure your foot from heel to longest toe in the socks you ride in; if you fall between two sizes, Northwave suggests going half a size up.
