GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Borderline Outdoor processes orders within 2 days of receiving them. We ship using reliable carriers, ensuring your products reach you promptly.

Shipping Costs:

Free Shipping: Orders of $149 CAD or more ship free across North America.

Oversized Items: Bulky items shipping in boxes over 5 kg — such as family and cabin tents, furniture and large equipment — do not qualify for free shipping and ship at a flat rate of $30 CAD. Lightweight gear such as backpacking tents ships free on qualifying orders. The exact shipping cost for your order is always shown at checkout.

Customers are always responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items.

Delivery Times:

• Greater Toronto Area: Orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days after shipment.
• Other Canadian Cities and the US: Orders generally arrive within a week after shipment.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and are not responsible for any delays.
