Borderline Outdoor is run by skiers, snowboarders and campers who work the floor at our three Ontario stores in Richmond Hill, Newmarket and Ottawa. At Richmond Hill and Ottawa, the people who sell you boots are the people who fit them, and the people who sell you skis or a board mount the bindings before you pick them up.

Who you will meet in store

  • Boot fitters. They measure your feet in Mondopoint, check the shell, heat-mould liners and fit footbeds, at Richmond Hill, our main fitting centre, and at Ottawa. Boot fitting.
  • Technicians. At Richmond Hill and Ottawa, they wax and tune skis and boards, repair bases, and mount ski and snowboard bindings, setting the DIN on ski bindings and your snowboard stance. Mounting is free with any skis or board you buy from us and is done the same day; we need your boots to set the bindings. Our services.
  • Sales staff who ride. They help you choose length, flex, lenses and layers, and they can check stock at all three stores.

  • Same-day store pickup for items in stock at the store you choose.
  • Returns and exchanges within 14 days at any of our stores.
  • Every product carries its brand’s warranty, and we help you make the claim.
