Return & Exchange Policy
You can start a return here. You can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order (or within 14 days of purchase for in-store purchases), for any reason, as long as the item is unused and in brand-new condition with its original packaging, tags and all included parts and accessories.
Final sale: items purchased at a discount of over 39% off are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item has a verified product defect.

In store: bring the item and your order information to any Borderline Outdoor store (Richmond Hill, Newmarket or Ottawa).

Purchasers that opted in for Checkout+ have free returns. Purchasers that opted out are responsible for all return shipping fees, unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. If an item does not meet the conditions above, Borderline Outdoor reserves the right to refuse the return, and we will contact you to arrange its return to you.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items: please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective or incorrect, start a return here with photos or a short video. If it was damaged in transit, contact us right away with your order number and photos or a short video, so we can make it right.
