Four AMID Lite
AMID is Atomic's impact foam: a honeycomb structure that spreads the force of a hit instead of taking it in one spot. The Lite is the in-mold version — the everyday helmet you actually keep wearing because you forget it is on.

What if the size isn't right?
You can exchange it if you've only tried it on indoors. You can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery (14 days of purchase in store) if it's unused and brand new, in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
