Common questions
Borderline fittersOur Find my length tool starts from your height: beginners about 15 cm under their height and intermediates about 8 cm under; plus 4 cm if you're heavier than most people your height, minus 4 if lighter. Example: a beginner skier 175 cm tall gets about 160 cm, so the 161. We carry 161 and 169 cm.
It's for beginners and intermediates, per Salomon. It's the slimmest ski in Salomon's Stance all-mountain line, built for a lively feel at any speed.
All-mountain: Salomon built it to explore every corner of the mountain, on groomed and chopped-up snow, on the slopes or just off them. Its 80 mm waist is in the 66–80 mm range we suggest for mostly groomed Ontario runs.
Salomon says its semi-sandwich sidewalls give a strong edge hold on packed slopes, and a single Titanal (metal) layer on top of the poplar wood core adds edge grip.
