Common questions
Borderline fittersOur Find my length tool starts from your height: beginners about 15 cm under their height and advanced skiers about 3 cm under; plus 4 cm if you're heavier than most people your height, minus 4 if lighter; minus 3 more if you mostly carve. Example: a beginner skier 160 cm tall gets about 145 cm, so the 143. We carry 143, 150 and 157 cm.
Atomic rates it for beginner to advanced skiers, not experts, and pitches the C11 at fast, confident piste skiing.
C7: the entry point to Atomic's women's piste skis, with a light Densolite core and Piste Rocker, 68–70 mm underfoot; for first turns up to steeper runs. Q8: the wider all-conditions shape (74.5–76 mm) with a Densolite core; Atomic made it for beginners and intermediates. C11: Revoshock Light damping, a Light Woodcore and a Titanal layer (TI Powered), 72 mm; the most grip and the smoothest ride of the three.
Groomed runs. Cloud is Atomic's women's piste line, and Atomic made the C11 for morning corduroy through afternoon chop. Its 72 mm waist is in the 66–80 mm range we suggest for mostly groomed Ontario runs.
About
Cloud C11 Revoshock Light + M 10 GW
Cloud is Atomic's women's piste line: the C models are the narrower, more precise ones and the Q models the wider ones. The C11 is the top Cloud we carry, a 72 mm carving ski at home on fresh morning corduroy and on chopped-up afternoon snow; Atomic rates it from beginner to advanced.
Revoshock Light absorbs shocks and vibration for a smooth, quiet ride, and a Light Woodcore with a Titanal layer (TI Powered) adds damping and stability: the most built-up of the three Cloud skis we carry. Clean white finish.

Questions
Asked in store, answered by our fitters
What length should I get?
Our Find my length tool starts from your height: beginners about 15 cm under their height and advanced skiers about 3 cm under; plus 4 cm if you're heavier than most people your height, minus 4 if lighter; minus 3 more if you mostly carve. Example: a beginner skier 160 cm tall gets about 145 cm, so the 143. We carry 143, 150 and 157 cm.
Is this ski right for my level?
Atomic rates it for beginner to advanced skiers, not experts, and pitches the C11 at fast, confident piste skiing.
Cloud C7, Q8 or C11: which one?
C7: the entry point to Atomic's women's piste skis, with a light Densolite core and Piste Rocker, 68–70 mm underfoot; for first turns up to steeper runs. Q8: the wider all-conditions shape (74.5–76 mm) with a Densolite core; Atomic made it for beginners and intermediates. C11: Revoshock Light damping, a Light Woodcore and a Titanal layer (TI Powered), 72 mm; the most grip and the smoothest ride of the three.
Is it for groomers, all-mountain or powder?
Groomed runs. Cloud is Atomic's women's piste line, and Atomic made the C11 for morning corduroy through afternoon chop. Its 72 mm waist is in the 66–80 mm range we suggest for mostly groomed Ontario runs.
Will it hold an edge on icy Ontario groomers?
Yes, for a Cloud ski. Atomic's Active Camber (full camber) gives more edge contact for grip on icy slopes, a Titanal layer (TI Powered) adds stability, and Revoshock Light cuts chatter.
Does it come with bindings?
Yes. It comes with Atomic's M 10 GW binding (max DIN 10) on Atomic's Pro Trak system rail. Atomic calls the M 10 GW a simple, do-it-all binding with a consistent feel on or off the piste.
Will my boots fit the bindings? What does GW mean?
It takes standard adult alpine boots, and Atomic says the M 10 GW is easy to click into with GripWalk boots. GW means GripWalk: a rockered, rubber-treaded sole that makes walking easier.
What's its turn radius?
The turn radius runs from 11.5 m at 143 cm to 13.1 m at 157 cm.
Is it a women's ski?
Yes, Cloud is Atomic's women's piste line. Anyone can ski it if the length fits: we carry 143, 150 and 157 cm.
Is it stiff or soft?
Medium. Atomic doesn't publish a flex rating; this is from independent reviews and ratings.
Do you mount the bindings? Do I need to bring my boots?
Yes, free and the same day at Richmond Hill and Ottawa. We set the bindings to your boots, so bring yours or buy boots with the skis; you check and sign off on the setup in store. Skis we ship go out unmounted.
Does it have rocker or camber?
Full camber: Atomic's Active Camber (0/100/0), which increases edge contact for better edge grip on icy slopes and stability.
