Why it works on the trail

Hot desserts cost you fuel and a pot to scrub. This one costs you neither: the mix sets on cold water, so it can be made while dinner is still on the stove, and the pouch is the bowl. The crumb packet stays separate until serving, so it is still crisp when it lands on top.

How to Prepare

1. Remove and discard the oxygen absorber. Set the cookie crumb packet aside.
2. Add 2/3 cup (160 mL) of cold water.
3. Stir briskly for 90 seconds, then seal the pouch and wait 10 minutes.
4. Open the pouch and top with the cookie crumb. Enjoy.
