A 1.25 kg two-person double-wall tent in 10D nylon, one of the lightest fabrics used in a production backpacking tent, with an extended fly that gives you a covered porch to cook under. For people already counting grams, on trips where the forecast is settled.
10D is thin: a 1,500 mm fly is fine for showers and normal three-season weather, not sustained storms. Pitch it taut, keep the vents open, and treat the fabric gently.

FAQ
People already counting grams: 1.25 kg for a two-person, double-wall tent with aluminum poles. If your pack weight is not a number you know, buy the regular Star River instead.
Fine for showers and normal three-season weather; not the tent for a forecast of sustained storms. The floor is 3,000 mm.
Inner is 210 × 130 cm, 105 cm high: two regular pads side by side, packs in the vestibule. The extended fly gives you a covered porch to cook under.
Pitch it taut and leave the vents open. Every ultralight tent condenses when closed up.
Same layout, about 200 g lighter, thanks to 10D fabric instead of 15D. The standard one takes rougher handling and heavier rain; the EXT is for trips where every gram is planned.
