The Team T3 is for the older junior who has moved past soft rental boots and is skiing with intent — a stiffer shell that actually transmits what their legs are doing to the ski.

Sizes 22 to 24.5 sit at the top of the junior range, where a child is close to adult boot sizing but not yet built for an adult flex.
