Common questions
Borderline fittersMeasure your child's foot in cm, heel to longest toe; that's the Mondopoint size. The Hawx Kids 4 comes in 23/23.5, 24/24.5 and 25/25.5. A boot that's too big makes the ski hard to control, so fit for now rather than a size to grow into.
Flex 55 is soft enough to let a child steer the ski instead of being levered around by it. It has four buckles, a PP shell and cuff, and the Team Silver liner.
The Hawx Kids 4 uses a 98 mm junior last. It has an Alpine ISO 5355 sole, which fits standard alpine bindings made for that norm. Have the binding set up for the boot and your child before skiing.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery (14 days of purchase for in-store orders) if the boots are unused, new and in the original packaging with tags and accessories. Use our online returns portal, or bring them and your order details to any of our stores.
