Will it sink into sand or soft ground?

Any four-foot chair does a little. On a beach slip the carry bag under the two front feet.

Is it comfortable for a tall person?

The M suits most people up to about 180 cm. Above that take the L: its 98 cm back supports your shoulders and head.

How much weight does it take?

Rated to 150 kg on a 7075 aluminum frame.

Does it fit in a backpack?

The Medium packs to Ø12 × 37 cm, about the size of a water bottle, and weighs 1.1 kg with the bag; the Large packs to 50 × 15 cm and weighs 1.38 kg.

Can I wash the seat?

Yes. The 600D Oxford seat slides off the frame to wash.

How does it compare with a premium backpacking chair?
